The Rotary Club of Osoyoos is pleased to announce the launch of a new signature fundraising event, Under the Desert Moon, a western-themed evening to be held on September 26, 2026, at Spirit Ridge Hotel and Resort.
This new initiative marks an important evolution in the Club’s fundraising activities, following the longstanding success of its hallmark event, Lobster on the Beach. Over the years, Lobster on the Beach has played a significant role in supporting Rotary’s charitable work while fostering strong community engagement throughout the South Okanagan.
The Club extends its sincere appreciation to the many sponsors, volunteers, and attendees whose continued support contributed to the enduring success of Lobster on the Beach.

Under the Desert Moon will offer guests a distinctive western-inspired experience in a premier Osoyoos setting. The evening will feature a BBQ buffet, dancing, live and silent auctions, a few surprises and will continue the Club’s tradition of hosting high-quality events in support of meaningful community initiatives.
Proceeds from the event will continue to support the Rotary Club of Osoyoos’ work in community programs, youth initiatives, and local projects, ensuring that the Club’s impact remains strong and growing.
